I recieved this as a gift. It came complete as from factory, but for fence and belt cover. The 3/4hp RI motor's switch was broken. The blade cover between the wheels was wood, and the motor was mounted to the stand via a wooden platform. The top wheel is not spoked, rather it is a disk.

As set up now, the motor has been replaced with a 2hp 208 VAC Baldor, the original pulleys have been replaced, and are of current spec diameter, and it is equipped with a Fenner belt. Additionally it has a Fast-Track Fence and Louis Iturra spring and band-rollers. (Trust me, I've saved all the original bits.)
