I just picked this up, thinking it would be a donar for parts to fix up the other one I own.
It's fully useable as is and seems like all parts are there. (gaurds appear to be homemade).

It raises and lowers on 2 ways with a big scissor lift mechanism, like a car jack.

The scale reads that this machine planes 16" x 11"
