I found this lathe tucked away in a garage and in pretty rough shape. The bearings feel and sound good so not requiring any major maintenance to put back in service. There is no model number but the serial number dates it back to the 30s, I think. The motor is an old Kenmore 1/3 hp so probably a replacement - it seems in good condition but needs a new cord.
(Admin BAK note: The motor was built by Sunlight for Sears and is period correct for this lathe. Since machines back then weren't always ordered with a motor from the same manufacturer, this one may have been originally used with the lathe.)
