Picked the jointer up off of Craigslist with a 1/3 hp motor from around the same era. First thing I did was break it down and heavily clean and degrease it. Primed and painted using rustoleum high performance enamel safet red spray paint.the original bearings were in amazing game shape. Permanently sealed means permanent.I thought the paint really made it pop.
