While collecting a recent addition to my "old iron" collection, from a school in Te Awamutu, North Island, New Zealand, I spotted this Wadkin. It is still in use and was not for sale (luckily for me - SWMBO would have things to say if I came home with two machines).

Buzzer (or "jointer" to those in North America) Serial RR 142, Test No. 35898, built in 1950.
