According to the Previous Owner this planer was still in use at Richardson Brothers Furniture Co. in Sheboygan, Wisconsin when the plant was closed. That occurred in 2004. The PO had it sitting in a shed covered with other "treasures" he had acquired. While there is a layer of rust, all of the bearings turn very smoothly and all of the gears are in great shape. The planer has been modified to have the motor mounted at the front.
