This saw has only had two owners, has been only used for shop use, not a lumber yard. It has a 3ph 7.5hp motor, takes 16" blades. It's always been kept in a warm, dry environment. I got it from a contractor remodeling a building in Chicago's Loop (3rd floor sub-basement).I don't have 3ph at current shop nor a converter, so I'm looking to sell it
