Searching on craigslist found a listing for a delta jointer on a CI base. OK but then I saw the extra rear guard. PO was having a basement sale on a sat the next week .I did not want to lose it so I gave them a call and was able to get there sooner. Settled on a price and loaded up.It is all complete and all original. PO says it belonged to her grandfather who purchased it new. Was in the basement for 52 years.Did a complete tear down . all parts were placed in a engine cooker for cleaning and removing paint.Rusted parts cleaned in a glass bead booth. complete repaint of all parts and new bearings ordered.came with a 3/4 HP motor that runs perfect and ( the rare extra original rear guard.)
