Great condition Davis and Wells Jointer. A man called me out of the blue and asked if I wanted to buy a jointer. I drove over, saw it, bought it. It is in almost like new condition. I have been to Davis and Wells in LA many times, and have never seen a Davis and Wells in this good of condition. Many of the older models had a cast iron stand, this one is heavy sheet metal. It has a 63 inch long bed, making most people think it is a 8inch model. Most people who list their's as 8 are 6. It runs with little or no vibration. It has a 1HP 3Phase motor, but it is an easy motor to change out. I run it with a phase converter. I might be selling this to buy a monster jointer. Check the for sale section of this site.

Looking down the 63 inch table, fence can easily be skewed for shear cut
