Picked up this planer in Baltimore. I had been looking at pictures of it on the web for a year and a half or so, even went up to see it once, but was holding out for a PM100. Unfortunately, nothing was coming my way that I could justify spending lots of dollars for, so I finally went back and bought this one. $500 was the eventual price, probably because it had been sitting so long and because the starter location interferes with the table at the widest opening. Pick up day was just one of those great days. I went from Baltimore to Chambersburg, PA to visit another OWWMer and swap a machine he wanted for a 1965 Rockwell Unisaw (see in another entry), then spent the rest of the early afternoon ogling his collection of working planers, molders, line rip saws, etc. A great plant processing reclaimed wood with reclaimed machines!
