Acquired from retired contractor who acquired it from a HVAC company auction, some 20 years ago. Comes with the table lift, and the 20 speed pulley system. The cast aluminum belt cover I have not seen before. Made by Atlas for Sears, I found only one reference to this particular drill press in the 1942 general line catalogue, on the last page of drill presses, on the bottom right. You can clearly see the belt cover. The color looks to be original - There is no trace of other paint save for some faded blue paint on the center spiral of the pulley. Otherwise it is black or green. Its missing the original switch, and the depth stop with the collar, only the set screws remain to stop the quill from going up farther than it should. It runs very smooth, with no discernible runnout, visually, at least. In 1942 it would have set you back $97.25.
