I bought this from a dear gentleman who has since passed after age & Parkinson's forced him out of the hobby; he was a member of my Bible Study and also former vice-president of a large mill roll company. Unfortunately, I do not know how he got it. He'd mounted it on the desk shown in the pictures; I added the door slab to increase the stability and give a smoother surface. He also had the leg set for it, but had used them to mount his sharpener handy to the machine.
I decided to post this as I was searching for information on the threading of the main spindle and found the (nicely restored) machine posted by Mike Romar, with demonstrably the same serial number plate. I had to copy most of the parameters from his post, as I have no idea of the original date of manufacture, etc; but they sure look to be identical machines.
