This was a neighbors fathers saw. They brought it over in the rain soaking wet, with wooden legs rotting away. I put it in the garage thinking I would never restore it. Both wheel guards and spring that put tension on upper wheel were missing. I decided to restore it and use it for small projects. It actually cuts decent for being a simple machine.
