We've seen a couple of band saws referenced here and there with a Frank E Jones name plate affixed. I did an online search for as many examples as I could find to fill out our knowledge base somewhat.

This saw was listed for sale on several different online classified ads services by the same seller, ID not disclosed. The location was San Luis Obispo, which is located roughly midway between Los Angeles and San Francisco.

The saw was described as follows: "Its in good working order and has newer Zefyer blade guides. Its has a 24" throat and set up for wood but can be converted to cut steel. It has a serial # of 286 stamped on the front."

True manufacturer of these saws is not known. Some OWWM and VM members have suggested that it may have been Rodgers Machinery Manufacturing Co. (aka Rodgers Production Machinery) also of Los Angeles. Note the last photo, below, which appears to show that "Frank E Jones Machinery Corp, Los Angeles" was cast into the upper frame.
