Sorry but this is only a bit and not a machine. There is next to zero info on Douglass Manufacturing so I thought I would include these photos. I aquired the bit from a guy who specializes in restoration of old wagons, buggies and the wooden parts of antique horse drawn farm equipment. He told me he aquired it from an Amish community in the 1970s.
