This was another bandsaw I found at an estate sale that I didn't need. I have seen several of these saws at sales, but they were either too expensive or too far gone. This saw came complete with stand, but I replaced the washing machine motor with one more appropriate. What amazes me about this saw is how sturdy, quiet and vibration free it is when running. I can only hear the motor when it is running. It cuts like a dream and is quick. The only drawback is the blade size which is not common - 71 3/4 inches. I disassembled, scrubbed and repainted the whole saw. Tires and springs are still available from Delta for a reasonable price.
