Purchased this machine "by chance" when I went to pickup my DeWalt 3525 RAS after winning it at auction. Seller mentioned he had a vertical band saw, showed it to me, the deal was done in 30 seconds for $150. Machine was in the Snap-On factory in Kenosha, WI.
Needs to be stripped and re-painted. Table tilt worm gear housing is cracked off (seems like a weak design). Motor is 440 3-phase, my shop has 230 3-phase - gonna have to replace it. I like the wood/metal feature -- I intend to use it both ways.
I can't find a model number anywhere, but I'll keep looking. . .
(Edit - S/N was added to the "Machine Specifications" data panel. The original date of entry for this upload was 3/14/2005. Admin:dg)
