This trimmer is exactly the same as the one posted by Joel Havens in Cant, Gourlay & Co. There is nothing written on the casting but we can see printed on the knives "Galt Ont" and Macgregor Gourlay & co." in a bow over it. On the second knive the bow as been printed a second time underneath. I know it takes a microscope to see it. Just over "Galt Ont." we can see an "A" followed by a "Y", I don't know what it is. The wooden base block seems to be original.
