I acquired this bench saw from a mechanical engineer who has had it for about 25 years. He got it from a friend. He never used it. It was kept in his basement.

No other history is known.

It currently has a 6" blade on it but it looks like the 8" bench saw from the ad in the Tobrin listing. Since this is a 1925 ad, this is how I have made the date of manufacture estimate.

The "arbor" appears to be brass and the arbor pulley seems to be what keeps the arbor shaft in place.
The table tilts by loosening a nut at the front. According to the ad, it will tilt 10 degrees.
The table "raises" but at an angle by moving the pin in the front of the table. This was supposed to allow you to make a "groove" cut again according to the ad.
