This machine was posted on Kijiji for $50. It spent its life in the Strathroy Furniture factory in Ontario until it was closed and then moved down the block into a glass company that supplied Home Hardware with its plate glass until 2015. It is all original and as the serial number 70 indicates a very early machine for the company. The motor is a 3 HP, 3 phase, 575 Volt, Lincoln A.C. Motor TEFC, Frame 182T, 1755 RPM, Serial 864838, 3.8 amp. The logo is cast in aluminum and the only one I have come across that isn't a sticker. The new machines by DOUCET do not appear to have changed much in design.
