Purchased on online auction. The spindle assembly was mounted into a vintage converted Covel Mfg dressing machine base with 1894 patent. It had a wooden top which is in ok condition. Both the upper and lower castings feature wet sumps and poured bearings. This would have been powered by a flat belt. It will accept 1" bore cutter heads. Height adjustment was made through a hole in the top of the table and the assembly slid up and down in a wooden dovetail assembly. I couldn't find a match anywhere on this site so not sure who the manufacturer is.
