Picked this machine up at an estate sale. The previous owner had some form of "craft business" and this was one of a full complement of Delta/Rockwell machines from the same and earlier eras. Considering this model lists for more than a Unisaw, I thought the $275 asking price was reasonable. The other machines were more richly valued and found other homes.
All in all this was in pretty good shape and the only significant work required during the rebuild was a new set of bearings for the spindle.
