Pictured is the cutoff block that was supplied with the Oliver Model 232-D tilting arbor saw. It is cast iron with a machined face. The part number cast on the back is 32-50. This may indicate it was originally intended for the model 32 saw. It may also have been supplied with the model 270 saw. It would be used with the type J and H fences that were supplied with these saws. Dimensions are 2 3/4" x 3 1/4" x 7/8".
It is similar to the cutoff block supplied with the bigger saws, the Model 60, 80, 90 and 260. That part is shown here:
