An ebay purchase - $32.51 Feb. 2005. Seemed high, but it looks to be in pretty good shape - we'll see when I get it.
Price was $18.95 in 1952, plus 65 cents for the pulley and 75 cents each for the belts. The auction included 5 NOS THREE-M-ITE 4" x 35" 120 grit sanding belts.
The 1951 catalog describes the sander as 4" x 34", while the 1952 says 4" x 35".
"Nothing is more tiresome than hand-sanding, and this is eliminated with this easy to operate precision tool."
John
