I recently acquired this from member Bill Houghton who was gracious enough to kindly ship it safely from California to Florida at considerable time and effort. It appears to be a one year only transitional design between those offered in 1933 and earlier compared to those from 1935 and later. It can be seen in the 1934 WT catalog: http://vintagemachinery.org/pubs/detail.aspx?id=372
I see only one other like it here on the index posted by Paul Shaffner in 2005.
