This old piece of iron is a Williamsport Machine Co. / American 24" jointer. Again another piece from my grandfathers pattern shop. Purchased used from a local pattern / machine shop when he built his pattern shop between 1950-51. It was in use until the late 1960's but the babbit bearings went out. It has been used as a table for the drill presses ever since. The motor pictured is the one he used to run the jointer. I have two sets of knifes for it. The paint is as it was in 1950. The jointer does have rust on the tables and fence from non use.
