I bought this little saw as a project in order to learn about rebuilding table saws. It was a sad case that was left over at an industrial auction. It was used for cutting metal and it was caked with metal chips and cutting oil everywhere. It featured broken castings, no fence and a welded-on sheet metal extension wing. Someone turned a spray gun loose and it was painted blue-gray everywhere - even the metal chips! The machine bears serial number AZ 9991 indicating a "born on" date of 1954. This machine was stripped to bear metal, primed and painted. The table wing pictured is a shop built torsion box. It is an excellent little saw. This machine was recently traded for another sad case in need of restoration.
