Original Post: 10-11-2015. I obtained this from a member at ArnFest 2015. I know nothing of its history. It is a G-7 10" grinder, complete with top guard, speed-reducing pulleys and shaft. The large red pulley is an 8" pulley, not the 6" that is OEM, but I will see how well it works - just a bit slower. This grinder has a fine-grained sandstone wheel, and is made from cast iron. The grinder rest on the front is intact.
Other than the other Prairie G-7 I have that is made from white metal - all of the other G-7 I have seen ( about 5) is like this one - cast iron.
