Recently acquired at a Habitat for Humanity ReStore. This is a cool looking little saw and I just couldn't pass it up. Wheels are almost 8" diameter and have no tires. The table is round (12" diameter) which makes this one very unique. There are no safety guards, but there are two holes on the vertical part of the frame so there may have been a guard at one point or possibly just prepped for it. There is a solid cast brass upper guide and no lower guide. Overall height of the saw itself is 21". On the underside of the table is cast "S 19" and there is "S 187" cast into the upper tensioning or tracking adjustment block. Other than that, there are no markings or names that I could find. It's powered by a 1/6 hp Sunlight Electric Motor running at 1750 rpm. I didn't pull it off the stand, but would guess this weighs somewhere around 40 lbs. I searched the OWWM files and the web and couldn't find anything similar. Not sure if this would have been a salesman's sample or just a small home use model. The wheels look similar to the early hand crank jigsaw wheels. If anyone can help to identify this saw, please send me an email - it would be appreciated.
