I bought this in 2015 from the estate of a retired shop teacher.
One of the machines had some tooling that was engraved "Poughkeepsie Trade School" so my best guess is that they were the original purchaser.

Machine appears 100% complete and everything is functional with the exception of a stripped compound rest lock screw.
More photos to come as cleanup and repairs are completed.
