I inherited this from my grandfather. Although he was in the building and construction trade, this was his "at-home" table saw. He was serious about function, not form. The saw sat in a shed for over 10 years before I brought it home, took it apart and cleaned and painted it. The bearings were good and almost all of the original parts and accessories were there. while I had the saw apart, I took the motor to be rewound. It ran but the leads. etc were crumbling and you could get a shock if you touched the wrong piece of metal. It runs well and is very smooth now. The table doesn't look that great, but it is smooth and functions perfectly well. The fence has the micro-adjust feature. Grandpa would approve.
