Help! I have never seen this!
What I know...
It has a Craftsman motor 1/2 hp CNB K8 115.6962
Pulley has only other label/badge is on a pulley Barnco AN 210-4A which is an old aircraft pulley made of a unusual composite material.
No other stamp, badge or label.

Here's what I find odd...
The motor/blade moves toward operator via a pulley system hooked to a foot pedal.
The table goes up/down and tilts.
The "portable" frame is definitely a backyard hack job with rebar and Radio Flyer wheels.
The top is particle board of amazing quality and designed for this saw.

I hope someone can comment as to what the heck this is!

(Admin BAK, 9/10/2015: This appears to be someone's version of a Builders Saw.)
