Found this missing the tool rests. It also only has one wheel cover, though I don't know if it ever had 2. Similar models use a tool holder similar to a lathe banjo/tool rest configuration. The original switch on the top seems to have been modified, and I have no idea if it runs. Also, it doesn't indicate hp or amperage draw, but i'll put an ammeter on it when I get it going.

According to the brass tag, the design won gold at the 1915 Panama Pacific International Exhibition (that year's world's fair).

Once i got into this one it had more issues than i was willing to tackle for a bench grinder. The windings were burnt, one of the bearings had spun on the shaft, scoring it pretty badly, and a number of parts needed to be fabbed up or sourced. So, i reluctantly sent it off or reincarnation / recycling.
