Comments:

A "barn find" east of St. Louis. Differences between this and the '41 model include a spring catch to keep the wheel cover closed and angled upper guide blocks - not perpendicular to the blade. I am not certain on the date, but the first numeral in the serial number is a 2, so according to others' assumptions here, it would be a '42 model.

Missing are the complete lower guide, the bearing and blocks from the upper guide, the upper wheel tilt knob, the extension table, motor, stand, and light guts. The table tilt crank handle has been replaced with a hose valve handle. I'm looking forward to rebuilding this one and installing a small table saw fence that I have sitting around.

It should clean up very well.
