I was given this MasterCraft drill press from a family member and was trying to find any information, history, approximate age of this drill press. I got it and cleaned it up a bit, I don't think it has the original motor on it (but I think I may have it as I also got a "bench grinder" that I suspect may have been built from the original motor. It doesn't have any markings other than the Mastercraft tag (Mastercraft Power tools ,Canadian Tire Corporation Canada, Toronto Ontario) and a sticker with "SKF superior bearings". I cannot locate any serial number or any other markins to help identify who the original manufacturer would be. I also have a band saw of around the same vintage, will post in a different thread.
