This was a diamond in the rough I found in the parking lot of a prison being shut down. While all in 1 piece it was in dire need of lots of TLC. The good news was that the motor turned out to be fine, but I had new bearings installed in case. I had to weld in and grind down a few misc. bolt and screw holes made from a home made motor cover on the cabinet. Sandblasted/primed/enameled the cabinet and table (industrial gray). ANd have removed and inspected, cleaned and lightly coated with a metallic paint the trunnions and guts. I am still now searching for the start/stop switch if anyone has a lead on one (2/28/03). The serial # is 13-2686 (1941 model).
I still have the original fence to consider, and the best way to straighten one of the guide tubes. Work continues...
