I can't find any thing on this grinder/buffer, can anyone help.

This came out of a lapidary set up the water bath tank had a hole so it was very cheap.
The guy I bought it from his father had passed and was clearing out his work shop. I got a couple of things but the Baldor grinder was what I was after .
