Today (6th July, 2015) I visited a museum in the Wairarapa region of New Zealand. Amoung exhibits was this unmarked post drill which I believe may be a "Burnham" - manufactured by George Burnham Co. until 1889, then by Francis Reed Co. There were two models with the flywheel mounted on the crank shaft - the No.0 & No.1. This example is quite large (see the Champion No.103 in he background of the first photo) so I believe it may be the larger of the two models: the No.1. The flywheel is 16-inches in diameter (vrs 12" on the Champion).

The drill is more or less complete (missing pillar; foot; fork; & table), though not functioning. I suspect it may have been purposely disabled to avoid injury to visitors. It has damage to the feed-wheel, and a bent crank arm.
