This machine was owned at one time by a Bay Area school district. I had to replace the spindle cartridge, drive belt, and table inserts. It came with 38 Delta cutters. Everything went back together together well, except for the lock knob on the handwheel assembly. For some reason, it was frozen when I got the machine, and now the lock knob won't seat properly. I'd welcome any suggestions on how to correct this.
