I purchased this machine from a woodworker in California who was upgrading to an Oliver. In general the machine was in good working condition when I got it but I decided to completely rebuild it before using it.
I had news knives put into the tenoning heads, purchased a lower insert style cope head and a custom upper head. In theory the cut-off saw would be nice but you adjust this one by moving it up & down on the arbor and locking it in place with a set screw making it a pain. Mine came with the original blade which doesn't look like it has every been used.

Tenoner rebuilt and ready for work with a sheet metal guard that I had made to improve dust collection and make it a bit safer. Still a bit scary with all 4 heads running.
