I found this gem while out cruising garage sales with my family. The owner said it had been his uncle's, who had died about ten years ago. The seller had the jointer in his basement for a while and never used it.
I'm not sure how it got so dirty, but it was coated in a thick layer of greasy muck. The guard was missing, but everything else worked surprisingly well. I gave him $75 for it and took it home to clean it up and put it to work.

As purchased. Hauled off in a radio flyer wagon that was also a garage sale find.
