These are the before photos of my first restoration project. After a good vacuuming this is how I recieved the machine. I've picked up a new 1.5hp single phase Baldor motor to replace the 3/4hp three phase. Sandblasting and painting isn't high on the priority list but new tires will come along ASAP. After checking the Delta vintage project I realized that this is one of those Cresent/Delta/Milwaukee transitional saws, 3664-A. For those interested: Everything shown in the pictures ran $440, with the new motor ($60, ebay), motor sheave and tires I'll have a nice machine for less than $600.
