I purchased this saw from a guy in Floral Park, NY, Just on the border of Long Island and Queens. His uncle owned it for a long time, and it was apparently given to his nephew at some point. The arbor is 1/2" diameter, an odd size for sure, and it takes 8" diameter blades. Includes the original #3 miter gage and the type L fence. The original motor was replaced with a 1hp single phase motor, and the electrical controls have been stripped and a light switch is used to power the machine. No broken parts, it is in teriffic condition. I'll replace the arbor bearings and the belt, and this will make a nice little saw for small cross cuts I figured. So much easier to handle a small cross cut on this saw than my Northfield #4 table saw, since the reach past the blade is so long on the bigger saw.
