Comments:
This machine was acquired at a local estate sale from the family of a deceased machinist. No history or background information is known. These machines are still made today, although with a slightly larger capacity that use a 10' blade. This saw uses a 9' blade. The condition as obtained was surprisingly good. I had the rusty table blanchard ground, replaced the motor bearings, disassembled to clean all the parts, put it back together and added a new blade. The miter casting was obtained with the saw, but the normal C-clamp was missing. The machine runs like a top.
