Comments:
I picked this tablesaw up at a yardsale for $10. It looked as if it were underwater for quite some time, but the motor spun and figured, the motor was worth the $10 anyway.
When I got it home, I lubed up all the mechanisms to see if they worked, and they did!! So, for the next three weeks I stripped everything to bare metal (except the motor), lubed and cleaned all the mechanisms, lapped the table and brought it back to life. The only downside is the pitting on the tabletop & chrome, but otherwise it's in good shape.
The base color isn't original, but the closest thing I could get at Home Depot. The throat plate is also not original, but it does add a little pizzaz to the tabletop.
UPDATE: Sold the machine 11/19/05 and bought a Unisaw!
