Obtained via trade with fellow Vintage Machinery member Eric Tuck. The machine came with a box of accessories, including a straight handpiece and a variety of heads.

This is a very different flexible shaft machine from the other Sioux pictured at http://www.vintagemachinery.org/photoindex/detail.aspx?id=19110

While the rolling bases and handpieces are definitely the same, the motor mounts are completely different.
