This DP belongs to Martin of the LaMortaise forum.
He joined the forum in order to post for sale some owwm he inherited from his grandfather.
Photo is posted with his permission. I could not get more pictures from him.
I am posting this as a Drill press as it doesn't seem to be fitted with a pedal. My deduction from the info in the catalog is that this is a DP with mortising attatchment.
