I bought this drill press in March 2015. It is fully operational with no signs of abuse or misuse. It is a bench mount design, however, the previous owner built a rolling mount for it which does not take away or otherwise interfere with the original equipment. Presently I have it on the rolling mount as it may be too large or heavy to mount on my existing bench.
