A friend was in my shop and looked over my Delta 17" drill press and said he would really like to upgrade from his Asian machine. I found this super clean Delta/Rockwell that was only about 10 miles from his home. The table is perfect! Not a single mark on it. the rest of the machine is in like condition. It was in a house that the PO purchased from a 90 year old retired machinist. It has the slow speed pulley set and an original 3/4 hp Delta motor. To move it we lowered the head and table as low as they would go and that really made it easy to handle and not at all top heavy.
