After looking for decades for one of these, I found this in my best friend from high school's shop in a box of nasty parts. The original motor was a single phase Westinghouse which didn't work well. My SIL found the vintage Delta 3 phase motor/shaft cover at a junk store. My SIL had a soda blaster at the time so the entire machine it was taken down to bare metal without compromising the casting details. All this took place in Albuquerque, NM.

I rebuilt the motor including new bearings. I fabricated my own dust pick-up which is helpful for these machines.

This machine now runs off a VFD. I love this machine, especially, the variable speed and reversing capabilities!
